DRTVWR-476, SL-13512: Fix flawed fix for former failure.
Specifically, llcoro::suspendUntilTimeout() is definitely called concurrently by multiple coroutines. New code that instantiates a local LLEventStream must allow the name to be tweaked for uniqueness.master
