Subject: [PATCH] FIRE-5345; Backout of 24478:9738cddcdaf8 'Removed unnecessary
 inventory initialisation on startup, saving a bit of memory.'. Inventory
 intialization in llstartup.cpp is crucial for received items working
 properly.
