Subject: [PATCH] Fix fetching of grids.xml from the server. Note that the code
 fetching the .xml uses last modified, but does not set the time stamp on the
 local stored file. This will lead to timezone offset errors of up to 23 or 24
 hours. Bug is file not fetched or re-fetch all the time dureing that local
 timezone offset.
