DRTVWR-418: Casting pointer to BOOL is just wrong.
...
Since BOOL is simply a typedef for int, casting a 64-bit pointer to 32-bit int
is correctly diagnosed by the compiler as an error.
What works is to cast the pointer to (lowercase) bool, the builtin type, which
engages the compiler's test for "is this pointer NULL?"

Cleanup of headless client (was: DisableRendering mode)
...
* Now called 'HeadlessClient' instead of 'DisableRendering'
* Removed most cases where we skipped certain behaviors in the client when in this mode. This gets us closer to a 'true' client, for testing purposes.

Refactoring of llviewerprecompiledheaders.h to hopefully increase stability

and reduce unnecessary dependencies and incredibuild wedging. Hopefully in
the long run this will reduce build time. Also cleaned up a lot of header
file usage to conform better to the coding standard.
