Remove the viewer side automatic logout after extended away time.
Note, however, that the server still logs you out after 30 minutes
away: see SVC 7251.
Allow more time (10 seconds vs 2 seconds) after initiating Away status
during which mouse movements do not remove the Away status.

Allow camera to go (almost) all the way up (179 degrees, cant do 180 or the camera wll freek out) and (almost) all the way down (down to 1 degree, cant look straight down for same reason), implements FIRE-2065

Add preference to turn off sending avatar physics parameters to the server.

This will break others seeing the user's physics, but will allow shape
changes to be seen on older viewers without the fix for VWR-25479 applied.
