EXT-8372 FIXED Added possibility to localize some system device names.
...
All device names including "No Device" are get from the Vivox plugin. So, just common names are added to localize table.
* "Default system device"
* "No device"
"Microphone" is a part of device name and can not be localized without a hack.
NOTE: this code will only work on English OS. On other system locales devices will be shown on system language independent on viewer locale.

EXT-4220: Fix crash on exit bug.

Don't dereference gVoiceClient without checking for NULL in the
cleanup for LLPanelVoiceDeviceSettings.
I also fixed the rendering of the color squares in the voice device
settings. The frame for these boxes were rendered with an off-by-one
error on certain platforms. It seems that gl_box_2d(rect, color, FALSE)
suffers from a graphics driver bug under certain platforms. Fixing
that would requiring a lot of testing on different hardware
configurations, so instead I simlply avoided that specific call.

devices panel of the preferences floater.

EXT-3394: Reverting removal of prefs volume slider.
...
This change reverts the code parts of e038c0211968 that relate to the
sound preferences slider. Lis has already re-enabled the slider in the
panel_preferences_sound.xml XUI file.
So the overall change for EXT-3394 is now:
- remove the volume slider from the Voice Controls panel
- make 50 be the default volume level, not 62

EXT-3394: Remove manual voice gain controls.
...
The new Vivox SDK supports Automatic Gain Control (AGC), so we
shouldn't need to change the local gain level from the default of 50%.
This change sets the initial gain level to 50 (instead of 62) and
removes the local gain sliders from the Sound Preferences floater and
the Voice Controls floater. The latter was not hooked up yet anyway.

EXT-1339 Create onClose method in LLFloater, and remove most bindings to mCloseSignal. In the vast majority of cases, mCloseSignal is being bound to an onClose function. Just make it virtual and be done with it. Renamed a couple of LLPanel close methods to onClosePanel() to distinguish them. Reviewed with Richard.
