- Add dummy WiX & SLPlugin to autobuild.xml. Those are needed for 64 bit Windows (Precompiled 32 bit SLPlugin, WiX to create installer).
- Allow 64 bit build to package.
- Create proper packagge targets for 64 bit Windows.
