This is used to display details about objects that may not be in the
current scene (the existing object inspector is tied to selection and
only works for objects in the scene). The remote inspector lets you see
the name and owner of the object. You can also teleport to the object's
location, view the location on the map, or mute the object.
I've also added more information to the notification you receive when
an object sends you an IM via llInstantMessage(). This notification now
has an "Inspect" button that brings up the remote object inspector.
I've added a hyperlink to the "You just entered a region using a
different server version" notification. Users can click over this link
to view the release notes for that server version.
This notification recently started turning up in the local chat log,
so the above solution works in that case as well as if it remained as
a popup notification panel.

Viewer 2.0 (viewer-2.0.0-3). This provides support for clickable Urls
in text editors and textboxes, with right-click context menus,
tooltips, and alternate link labels. This includes alert boxes, the
login progress window, local chat and IM interfaces, etc. As well as
context menus for avatars and groups in list widgets. Includes fixes
