FIRE-11745: More performance fixing by commenting out call to set blend mode after consultation with Nicky
...
Restoring blend mode seems to be unnecessary here. In the next iteration of the loop,
the blend mode will be set before writing to the vertex buffer. Additionally, at
the end of the method, the blend mode will be restored via calling gGL.setSceneBlendType(LLRender::BT_ALPHA)

Fixing client side AO bug where sitting on something that is animating

your avatar then saying something in local chat causes

The SnapshotFormat setting is used around various places and controlling all kind of controls,
so we rather introduce a new FSSnapshotLocalFormat setting that will only take care of
the format setting for snapshots to disk.
