Kitty Barnett 84933b3c92 - fixed : various issues and enhancements relating to @showloc 
-> general block on showing the "agent" and "create_landmark" side panel
    -> World / Place Profile isn't blocked/grayed out
    -> World / About Land isn't grayed out
    -> World / Region isn't grayed out
    -> "Add Landmark" on the Places / Gear menu isn't blocked/grayed out
    -> "Add Landmark" on the Places / Add menu isn't blocked/grayed out
    -> region name is visible on the world map
    -> don't gray out access to "About Land" if the user is allowed to see it

- Removed all sidetray dependencies and the sidetray itself.

- Also removed LLFloaterSidetrayTab and LLSidetrayListener as unused.

simon@lindenlab.com 918238dd18 ER-1016 - "Remove ability for anyone to edit terrain" and ER-910 "Parcel 
Privacy" changes.  Many naming changes for the featureto be "See avatars"
instead of "hidden avatars".  Also removed the "anyone can edit terrain"
checkbox and slammed the value to FALSE.

Added ability to set max length in line editors by characters in addition to bytes
left other widgets (comboboxes/spinners) using the bytes, but it can easily be changed over

Vadim Savchuk 15c944cd47 EXT-8209 FIXED Avoid escaping human-readable location when copying text from the location input. 
Reason: LLSLURL constructor failed to determine invalid SLURLs (see EXT-8335).
It's late to try fixing it, so I introduced a workaround.

By the way, fixed a regression with SLURLs not being shown unescaped in the location input.
