Fix override of removeExtraLines() function in LLFixedBuffer
...
Writing to the debug console only worked because LL used an upcast to LLFixedBuffer
instead of using LLConsole, so we might want to make sure we override that function
for our needs in LLConsole properly in case addLine() is called on LLConsole directly

Removed per-item arrow and background images, use defaults.
Removed unneeded static image pointers.
Removed hard-coded rounded_square.tga, replaced with Rounded_Square
