EXT-7305 : FIXED : Changed LLWearableDictionary to LLWearableType

Refactored LLWearableDictionary to look more like LLAssetType/LLFolderType/etc. in terms of code design. This required a lot of superficial changes across many files. Overall functionality has not changed.
