The original fix at r6543 created a duplicate node, which breaks localization. Renaming that new node with a unique name=.

EXT-4412 swap order of tabs on outfit editor panel

Swapping back so "my outfits" is displayed first. Also changing code so that
this change can be made in the future as a XUI-only change.
