FMOD improvments for open source building.

Download FMOD from the fmod site and build with it instead of trying to download from a blocked LL internial server.
Added python zip lib that supports directories so it can be properlly extracted on winblows boxes.

backporting from v2.5 STORM-453 (update libcurl to 7.21.1) with the exception for linux do to STORM-809 not yet fixed. This fixes logins with proxy connections.
