Add ndof_dump_list() call, to enumerate available devices, when
ndof_init_first() returns failure.
Add "joystick" tags to existing LL_INFOS() (etc.) calls in
llviewerjoystick.cpp to make it easier to enable and disable such log
messages.
Add a specialized operator<<() function to log the contents of an NDOF_Device
struct. Add a couple LL_DEBUGS() calls for more visibility into library
operations.
Remove the viewer side automatic logout after extended away time.
Note, however, that the server still logs you out after 30 minutes
away: see SVC 7251.
Allow more time (10 seconds vs 2 seconds) after initiating Away status
during which mouse movements do not remove the Away status.
But be more careful with CPU clock count on linux, so the fasttimer values are much more accurate than they were the last time we were with RDTSC, in absolute terms - back in the right order of magnitude anyway.
Also change many instances of Mhz to MHz.
Also some minor comment fixes.
