FIRE-35002 - revisit flickr preview not working
...
Previous fix only worked if at least one instance of floatersnapshot had previously been opened. flickr snapshot is now independent and can be opened directly from the tool icon

* Image resolution combo boxes and custom resolutions for local, inventory, profile and email snapshots are independent again
* Resolution spinners don't change anymore when a pre-defined resolution is chosen from the comboboxes
* Resolution spinners are only enabled if a custom resolution is actually chosen
* Removed patronizing resolution defaults after relog
* Image resolution and custom resolution values are stored on logout and linked to their corresponding debug settings again (LastSnapshotTo<Type>Height, LastSnapshotTo<Type>Width, LastSnapshotTo<Type>Resolution)
* Introduced corresponding FSLastSnapshotTo<Type>Height, FSLastSnapshotTo<Type>Width and FSLastSnapshotTo<Type>Resolution debug settings for the separate social media floaters so they store their state properly as well
