This appears to be related to the commits for #3745 from LL, in 25.03. For some reason I do not see this reproducing on LL viewer though.

Fix friendlist showing wrong online status grant when changing map rights:
Online status right apparently only provided as part of login response in
idle_startup (response["buddy-list"]), so we can only keep current grant.
