MAINT-5351: Remove 'self' parameter from coroutine functions.
...
lleventcoro_test.cpp runs clean (as modified for new API), and all the rest
builds clean, but the resulting viewer is as yet untested.

* Removed new object perms settings from Firestorm preferences panel as they are now set via the new default perms floater

Merge skinning-14 to viewer-2, including refactoring many floaters to register them with LLFloaterReg, support for introspection of ParamBlock based UI widgets to dump XML schema, splitting llfolderview.cpp into three separate files to unravel dependencies and skeleton for for LLListView widget.
