SH-3806 FIX test case for local bakes being wrong
...
Local bakes were following folder links in some cases, causing unworn items to be rendered.
Fixed the cof fetcher, now they should no longer show up.

Conversion away from retry mechanism missed one case which was not supporting
the 'add' operation properly. Changed code to use linkAll instead, as it
did previously.

SH-3859 FIX adding or removing clothing in appearance edit mode are visible
...
Added check to cancel any appearance update requests that occur while in appearance edit mode.
Closing appearance edit mode does trigger an update, so should be safe to cancel intermediate
requests without further changes.
