MAINT-5693: Request server bake even if we think we are about to request a stale version. The receiver should know if it will throw out the results. Added some additional logging to help track what's going on.

MAINT-5693: Some bake requests were getting lost. If a bake request is made while another one is outstanding rather than launch the new one, set a flag and remake the request with new data.

LLCore:HTTP now will provide and LLSD translation of the message body when possible in the case of an error HTTP result
VMM alert boxes now use type="alertmodal" rather than "outbox"
