Ychebotarev ProductEngine 17a72e5e51 fix for normal EXT-3997 IM and Profile pictures never fully rez, or are too-low resolution 
no idea why this(...a bit different set of flags and forceToSaveRawImage(0)...) do the job...just copy/past from LLPreviewTexture.
