Wolfspirit 4c76bf1e46 Firestorm skin cleanup. Moving the "grey" skin as "default" skin. Changed ObjectChatColor. 
Moved the "grey" theme to replace the (unused, ugly and never seen) firestorm main skin.
Also changed object Chat Color to something more visible (old V1 color) (FIRE-1487).
