Kitty Barnett c75351372b - internal : added a "bool fQuitting" parameter to behaviour toggle callbacks 
-> in most cases the UI can be left alone if the viewer is shutting down (prevents other occurances of the crash that was fixed in the previous commit)
    -> currently only used by RlvUIEnabler::onToggleShowNames()
