Backed out changeset 9d66fa217c05: This will create scary error messages in

inventory for the LSL bridge during the creation process and attachments
getting detached via RLV force wear ("Error: object is in current outfit but not
attached") since RLVa (and as a result of that the LSL bridge as well) circumvents
LLAppearanceMgr for detaching attachments via LLVOAvatarSelf::detachAttachmentIntoInventory().
This would basically require a change in the RLVa code first...

Ditch code for MOAP media filtering that has been unusable for 5 years.
...
In the end, it doesn't seem to make sense spending time in getting this working,
because: Imagine the going to a place with more than one MOAP objects - clicking
to a bunch of alerts is an absolute usability nightmare. And now imagine the
URLs on these objects even changing, causing an alert each time...
