Get rid of annoying bridge recreation each time after logging in from a different computer or grid:

Instead of generating a random UUID that is stored on the computer, use a UUID that is random and unique to each avatar -> bridge folder UUID

Backout 917434682912 and disable dump_syms for x64 again. All version (vc100/vc110 and vc120) are so slow, that they can take hours to complete.

- fixed : viewer clips mouse to its rectangle when switching into mouselook while it's not the active application
...
-> Repro:
* rez a prim with a script to llForceMouseLook(TRUE) and force-sit when clicked (with a slight delay)
* click the prim and give focus to another application
=> the viewer will center the mouse cursor on itself and restrict movement to within its own rectangle (requires alt-tab to escape)

Prevent the cacophony of UISndRestart inworld played sounds (especially, that UUIDs are customizable) by changing the method of invoking them from triggered to UI one
...
make_ui_sound() in Firestorm has built-in silencer/checker, so if() { ... } brackets are no longer needed
