This version is built against Qt 4.7.0 with some extra build options to turn off manifest embedding in the Qt DLLs

callum c1405887c9 Force the value for the home page URL in the viewer sidebar to be persistant 
It's not loaded each time the side bar is opened - only at login - when it did not persist, the change to the URL that was lost after a restart.
