Refactoring of llviewerprecompiledheaders.h to hopefully increase stability

and reduce unnecessary dependencies and incredibuild wedging. Hopefully in
the long run this will reduce build time. Also cleaned up a lot of header
file usage to conform better to the coding standard.

- Added callback to ensure that a landmark is loaded from the global landmark list.
- Added disabling "Map" button to indicate that a landmark info is being loaded.

Nav bar only searches for existing landmarks in "My Favorites" and "Landmarks" folders. This is a partial fix for EXT-1402 Thousands of "WARNING: LLAssetStorage::getAssetData: Discarding duplicate request for asset". Somewhat reduces the number of asset downloads on login. Reviewed with Steve.
