Note that this now requires a jsoncpp lib with the one Linden Lab changeset,
http://hg.secondlife.com/3p-jsoncpp/changeset/1e607b7ffffa
Without this changeset, on standalone builds, the preprocessor will pick up the same file from jsoncpp twice instead of
picking up the one from jsoncpp and one from boost that has the same filename. This will cause the usual missing header
errors with boost, but without the one error saying missing include file.
If building with Linden Laps prebuilts, this commit has no effect due to FindJsonCpp.cmake is not use in non-standalone
builds.

Unknown CMake command "SET_TEST_PATH".
Even though the cmake file with the marcro is included.
