Kadah_Coba 72b2fa3859 FIRE-6125: Added setting for flashing IM tabs on friend status changes (default set to not flash) 
This actaully affects any system messages going to an IM, but online/offline notifications are the only ones currently

Liny c0c2640417 Removing odd and broken "inspect" option in other avatar pie menu that doesnt do anything useful anyways. 
Broken as it is only enabled if you are able to start a voice call with the other person and that it opens the invetory panel for item properties.

Liny 5a46558d2c Fixing beacons floater to allow both beacons and highlights to be both disabled.
