changed max DD in graphics preference to 1024, and line ending to linux
...
This makes the max a power of 2, in line with the max from phoenix, and makes it exactly 8 regions wide

Fixed compiler errors due to the crash reporting patch
...
-> shellapi.h is Windows-specific and shouldn't be included on Linux
-> missing types due to old Windows SDK installation (resolved by #ifdef'ing offending sections when crash reporting isn't enabled for the build configuration)

Bridge improvements: cut and resize prim on attach, make it transparent, remove script from folder after upload, add message to chat "creating bridge" and "bridge done", check AIS2 for loaded inventory before checking bridge and menu option to regenerate bridge under Avatar Health.
