Bridge improvements: cut and resize prim on attach, make it transparent, remove script from folder after upload, add message to chat "creating bridge" and "bridge done", check AIS2 for loaded inventory before checking bridge and menu option to regenerate bridge under Avatar Health.

LSL Bridge Robustness: Keep Library available unless forced via command line. Provide feedback that library is required if we try to create a bridge and don't have a library active.
