Adding setting to keep downloaded and cached sounds for ease of relogging and not having to wait for sounds to re-download. Also helps with running multiple clients so that sounds dont break when you log out of one client.

ixed by allowing TP attempts while already TPing (the server knows what we are really at anyways)

Allow camera to go (almost) all the way up (179 degrees, cant do 180 or the camera wll freek out) and (almost) all the way down (down to 1 degree, cant look straight down for same reason), implements FIRE-2065

Please change the skin, to set correct TextFgColor or copy the whole panel_edit_profile.xml into your profile if you need to change that escpecially for your skin (not recommended)
