Ansariel c72aed09ed Added missing German translations to build tools and shortened tab labels to avoid annoying tab label scrolling.

Tank_Master 1d30e367ee reintroduce HTTP GET slider in preferences, but with different defaults 
defaulting to LL's default of 8 max requests, made slider selectible to 1-8 concurrent connections
