This (fairly major) change adds new "items" to the media list for
Parcel Media and Parcel Audio. Since these items are special (before
the items were always MoaP impls), they had to be treated
special. Moreover, actions on all of "media" had to be centralized so
that they would have similar behavior.

This encompasses the first of the behavioral and structural changes for the Nearby Media Floater and the chrome button at the top of the UI. It includes:
- Removal of the Parcel Media and Parcel Audio UI. Still not in the list yet.
- New More/Less button, which doesn't quite work right (see below)
- Changed icon for UI chrome
- Enabled "turning on" and "turning off" media from the chrome and NMF
- Added gear icon to bring up prefs
- XUI changes to the structure of NMF
- Implementation of the "tentative" autoplay flag
This is basically a checkpoint so that Richard can help with the More/Less implementation
Next step is to actually implement the OS-specific calls to do so.
Until then, behavior is the same; the status bar will mute/unmute
the "master" audio for the viewer *only*
This checkin deletes all of the code associated with the old XUI-based
search interface, including LLFloaterDirectory, LLPanelDir*, a global
variable event hack, and the associated XUI file. The new web-based
search interface, LLFloaterSearch, is the way of the future.
Deleted 19 files and 5,838 lines of code.

In order to find a compromise between supporting these commands and
security concerns over potential griefing vectors, we use a throttling
solution when these commands are issued by untrusted web browsers.
That is, we only process one command per 15 seconds.
This applies to external browsers, like Firefox, as well as the
internal SL browser.
Notably, we continue to block secondlife:///app/teleport URLs.

Known issues:
* If old Calling Card of person who presents in the friend list is removed - "Do you want to remove ..." dialog is shown, if old Calling Card of non-friend is removed it is removed in the old way without any alerts.
* It is possible to create 2 deep level subfolders under the Calling Cards/Friends/ subfolders. This should be disabled due to Accordion does not support tree hierarchy.
* If friendship is removed when agent is offline, Friend Card is not removed from Inventory.
