Backed out changeset 9d66fa217c05: This will create scary error messages in

inventory for the LSL bridge during the creation process and attachments
getting detached via RLV force wear ("Error: object is in current outfit but not
attached") since RLVa (and as a result of that the LSL bridge as well) circumvents
LLAppearanceMgr for detaching attachments via LLVOAvatarSelf::detachAttachmentIntoInventory().
This would basically require a change in the RLVa code first...
