Kadah 157effcaa2 Partial fix for FIRE-565: Contacts floater now loads from LLAvatarTracker instead of calling cards, this should avoid inv failure that seem to feq effect them. 
Changed debug to warn on sidebar's 'All' friends list when it fails to load.
