Sanitize HACD.cmake and FindHACD.cmake. Use HACD_INCLUDE_DIR in all files; do not search for hacdHACD.h, that files is not needed to compile the viewer.

Added OK/Cancel dialog on LLErr for debug builds, added Linux gdb fallback so you can use 'cont' to continue after an LLErr. Might work the same for OSX, if a dev wants to check. Thanks to Kitty for pointers.

- added : "Move to 'Lost and Found'" to the inventory context menu for unparented folders
...
-> folders with a NULL UUID parent will show as existing on the same level as "My Inventory"
-> regular drag-and-drop or other inventory operations won't succeed and fixing normally requires Linden Lab intervention
