- fixed : "Name Resident" is filtered as "Some people Resident" when @shownames=n restricted
...
-> "Name (name)" would properly filter "name Resident" as "Some people"
-> "Name (Name)" would filter "Name Resident" as "Some people Resident" because it's a default name

Firestorm skin cleanup. Moving the "grey" skin as "default" skin. Changed ObjectChatColor.
...
Moved the "grey" theme to replace the (unused, ugly and never seen) firestorm main skin.
Also changed object Chat Color to something more visible (old V1 color) (FIRE-1487).

Don't default WorkingDir to ExecutableDir if WorkingDir has "skins" and "app_settings" folder.
...
This allows the use of /indra/newview as WorkingDir to change skins and settings directly.
