Update Windows x64 installer
...
-Blocked install up to Windows Vista SP1 (was up to XP SP1, but we don't support XP)
-Changed wording on 32bit OS install
-Uped estimated requiered disk space to 250MB (was 200MB)
-Further increased install performance by skiping some checks and reducing update frequency.

...
Before appending a new message, store if we have scrolled to the bottom; that is if
- there is no scrollbar
OR
- there is a scrollbar and its position is at the end
After appending the new message, scroll down to the bottom in case we were there
right before we appended the message
