Speculative fix for MAINT-8250 Popups can appear in an unnamed new window external of the viewer. Note: This was a fix for a threading issue in Dullahan that caused clicking on links with target of 'new' to crash. I think it's the same issue here and manifests itself as CEF creating a new OS window.
