SH-4595 WIP - reworked descendents of LLInventoryAddedObserver to use gInventory.getAddedIDs(). LLInventoryAddedObserver isn't really needed anymore, but leaving it in as a debugging point at least for now.

Privacy" changes. Many naming changes for the featureto be "See avatars"
instead of "hidden avatars". Also removed the "anyone can edit terrain"
checkbox and slammed the value to FALSE.

left other widgets (comboboxes/spinners) using the bytes, but it can easily be changed over

EXT-8209 FIXED Avoid escaping human-readable location when copying text from the location input.
...
Reason: LLSLURL constructor failed to determine invalid SLURLs (see EXT-8335).
It's late to try fixing it, so I introduced a workaround.
By the way, fixed a regression with SLURLs not being shown unescaped in the location input.
