Omnifilter - Added translation support for Default rule set
...
Added new entry into strings.xml named OmnifilterDefaultName that now contains Default name for the rule set drop down 0 index value.
Added translocation lookup when index = 0 on the reloadrules() methods.

Fix merge conflict resolution that reverted omnifilter and poser changes.
...
The merge commit incorrectly kept pre-omnifilter versions of EN UI files and C++ code. Restore upstream/master omnifilter status bar, preferences checkbox, and poser layout while keeping Portuguese translation updates.

FIRE-36776 - Add omnifilter to the top status bar
...
Added a new status bar panel to have 3 controls for the omnifitler.
A check box to enable/disable the omnifilter
A omnifilter icon button which will toggle the omnifilter rules editor visible/invisible.
A drop down for the rule sets of the omnifilter.
Created a class to handle the omnfiler control panel. Used to save having to modify the LL codebase.
Omnifilter open while using the new UI features keeps the two in sync.

Omnifilter Rule Set UI scales with width changes
...
Changed the 3 buttons and 1 combobox for the Rule Sets in the floater_omnifilter.xml to support scaling with the width of the Omnifilter Rules Editor window.
Also set the min width of the floater to 718 and set the defualt to 718 as well. Did not need the extra as with the new layout, they scale correctly to fit within the window. Still needed to be wider for the TP Requets button.

Increased Omnifilter Rules Editor floater width by 50
...
With the new fonts, the width of some text is wider and the button auto scale seems to be affected.
Added an extra 50 pixels to the width fo the floater_omnifilter.xml main floater as the Remove Rule Set was spilling over the window as well as the TP Request button below had it's text cut off.

Some of them fuss about not having defaults and happily crash the viewer on startup if RLVa is disabled
