FMOD improvments for open source building.

Download FMOD from the fmod site and build with it instead of trying to download from a blocked LL internial server.
Added python zip lib that supports directories so it can be properlly extracted on winblows boxes.

Freeing the camera movement some more. Added min zoom disable, removed max distance bounds (when camera constraints are off), and added disable for simulator camera constraints.
...
These options will need to be added to prefs panel
