A window popping up in the middle of conversation and blocking further typing is at least annoying
Removed shortcuts (5): Ą - Debug Avatar Textures, Ć - Contact Sets, ł - Drop a Packet, Ń - Beacons, Ś - Debug Settings
All the rest (ą, ć, Ę, ę, Ł, ń, Ó, ó, ś, Ź, ź, Ż, ż) are not affected (ground sit was replaced earlier, in f587bdc5a85a)

- Do not create octree children that can cause precision problems.
- Error out when trying to put more than 8 children into a parent. That would just overwrite memory.
- Add logging for hte future.

Minor Bridge adjustments, bumping its version to 2.10 for auto-update

- Changed Bridge transparent texture UUID used on its creation (size: 256x128 pixels) to the default Lab's transparent one (size: 32x32 pixels); Works the same, takes a bit less of memory.
- llSetTexture() and llSetPos() have 0.2 sleep time, LlSetLinkPrimitiveParamsFast() has no delay like that (see commit 220bc95019e6). This means fresh Bridge will be ready for work a little faster.
- Added recreation-reset for few more Bridge prim parameters
- getZOffsets: Change pre-pending to a regular appending

FIRE-13386: Switching "use CTRL + mouse to grab and manipulate objects" to be disabled by default in all modes, in except of original V3 one
...
Accidental "grab + move" offers no "undo" option, which may be frustrating for builders. Checkbox is still accessible in Prefs => Firestorm => Build 2.
Also related to FIRE-11757 and FIRE-7127. Note: Objects with physical flag enabled are always available for cursor dragging.
