Liny 9520a82d42 Dont crash if there is no setting for saving the current state of a statbar item in, just go with the defaults. 
Sanity check that will make sure RelwithDebInfo wont break if/when LL 3.3.3 is merged in.

Holy 07412a5665 FIRE-6340 & FIRE-6567 -Setting Bandwidth via quick preferences doesn't work and 
setting bandwidth via cmd_line - combined jira's because of way everything was
linked with the Preferences Panel.

Nicky eb3f786841 FIRE-6626; Make sure there's no NaN passed into decide priority which is used for sorting in STL containers. STL containers need strict weak ordering and NaN breaks that with it's characteristics. 2012-06-16 18:14:12 +02:00
