...
kpackage: same as cpackage but takes UUID arguments instead of tool selections
kpackage UUID_dest folder_name UUID_1 UUID_2 ...
ktake/kcopy: Takes/copies(when possible) given objects by UUID in to named folder
ktake folder_name UUID_1 UUID_2 ...
kcopy folder_name UUID_1 UUID_2 ...
Folder names with spaces not supported

SUP-15946: A bug actually; Avatars vibrate when Movelock is enabled

This reverts a part of change made in commit 104695ae4765 - it seems, that simulator doesn't like so fast position updates
Not bumping Bridge version for auto update, as this is minor change, people with "wobbling while movelocked" should just recreate the Bridge
