SL-16862: Add comment that min_val for zoom_slider is hardcoded

min_val for zoom slider is hardcoded for performance reasons. Changing its value in the slider XML element will have no effect.
Note that larger values of min_val, if allowed, would most likely be safe, however that would reduce how far you can zoom out. See: LLFloaterWorldMap::adjustZoomSliderBounds

Do not bit blast 0 into a non POD struct to zero it, rather use the default constructor.

There is a few peculiar differences in default member initializationn namely:
gamma > 1.0f; sun_norm > 0.0f, 1.0f, 0.0f, 1.0f; cloud_shadow > 1.0f; dome_radius > 1.0f; dome_offset > 1.0f
Which probably made the original memset produce the wrong result anyway as it differs from the value the
LLVOSky set (the default ctor of AtmosphericsVars) vs what the memset would produce in case of a force update (all 0s).

SL-10190: Add menu commands to force AV or exception in coroutine.

"Bad memory access" and "unhandled exception" are the two categories of error
that we expect might be different in a coroutine than in the viewer's main
fiber. Without this change, we've had no reliable way to force either of those
to occur.
This will require translation work for two new menu items.

Rename 'winlevel()' to 'sehandle()'; change it from a static member function
to a free function, thus eliminating the conditional in llcoros.h.
Elsewhere than Windows, provide a zero-cost pass-through sehandle()
implementation, eliminating the conditional in toplevel().

SL-10190: Introduce LLCoros::saveException() and rethrow().
...
This mechanism uses a queue of std::exception_ptrs to transport an (otherwise)
uncaught exception from a terminated coroutine to the thread's main fiber. The
main loop calls LLCoros::rethrow() just after giving some cycles to ready
coroutines that frame.

Call std::abort in llassert_always. LL_ERRS will already terminate/crass the processes, but putting a [noreturn] function, even if never reached, makes it obvious to the compiler that the program will abort.

Disable "-Wmismatched-new-delete", certainly needs another set of eyes to glance over this, but it appears hidden under a layer of templates, operators and inheritance the right thing happens:
...
new > posix_memalign / delete -> free. According to the man pages this would be correct.
