Call std::abort in llassert_always. LL_ERRS will already terminate/crass the processes, but putting a [noreturn] function, even if never reached, makes it obvious to the compiler that the program will abort.

Disable "-Wmismatched-new-delete", certainly needs another set of eyes to glance over this, but it appears hidden under a layer of templates, operators and inheritance the right thing happens:
new > posix_memalign / delete -> free. According to the man pages this would be correct.

For the moment nnly accept --crashreporting when building a windows viewer. Bugsplat on OSX yields in an unusable viewer (FIRE-31306) and Linux is without crash reporting.
