backporting from v2.5 STORM-453 (update libcurl to 7.21.1) with the exception for linux do to STORM-809 not yet fixed. This fixes logins with proxy connections.

Added grey skin with legacy sidebar behavior and layout for people who like it. TODO: Known issue, minimizing undocked sidebar panels causes them to be unrecoverable without settings clear.
