Fix regex for objectim SLURLs to stop after first space so we can use it in messages (SLURL must be encoded to work properly anyway, so there should not be a space in there!)

Cleaned up and harmonized and simplified anti spam handling:
...
* Check in inventory_offer_handler() is obsolete; inventory offers are routed through process_improved_im() and anti spam is already checking there
* Prevent looking up object in process_improved_im() and process_chat_from_simulator() twice
* Common handling for sounds: first check object, then owner
* Check in notify_cautioned_script_question() is obsolete; will be called only as callback if user makes a choice in script permission dialog
* Check script permission questions and script dialogs via object ID to achieve a common behavior
